Could you tell us about what reason brings you to Navigos Search?

I am very happy to be here. Navigos was recommended to me by a friend, who knows me and understands my need to work in a challenging, cosmopolitan workplace.

You have been 4 years in Vietnam, especially in HCMC. You must find the same points in our culture to keep you live here?

Yes, there is a lot in common between Indian and Vietnamese culture. The warmth and friendliness of the people is the most striking and important similarity.

What is your role in NS South? What will you plan to do to boost the sales there?

I am the Business Development Director at NS South. My strategy is to use multiple channels to drive sales - acquisition of new accounts will go hand-in-hand with reactivation of dormant existing relationships. Relationship building is my strength. I augment that with a structured, process driven sales approach. 

Can you share about your life here in Vietnam?

My family is enjoying our stay in Vietnam. I have a three-year old daughter who definitely speaks more Vietnamese than any Indian language. My husband works with a bank here and loves to try out new food in his spare time. He is fully utilizing the opportunity to try out exotic fare that he would not get in India. We love to travel and Vietnam is blessed with an abundance of natural beauty. We are discovering the country, one beautiful beach at a time :)
