Survey shows that the average bonus size for 2014 is 1.6 months of basic salary and the average pay rise rate is 3.8%. The top three sectors which offer the highest bonus are: Financial Services (5.3 months of basic salary), followed by Property Development (2.2 months) and Manufacturing (1.9 months).
